The contaminated soil around Fukushima means the wide spread and distribution of elements from the core with damaged proton-neutron process balance.
The cleaning of the territory from isotopes is a difficult task. If we take into account however that elementary particles are processes – as one of the characteristics of the natural elementary rehabilitation (the half-life definition) also initiates it – and if we can accelerate the time of this elementary self-rehabilitation, the cleaning of the territory from isotopes will go faster.
With the intensification of the elementary processes of isotopes the rehabilitation process of the damaged balance can be speeded up.
And with this the half-life time of isotopes can be significantly shortened.
